I can't say enough good things about Thor and Danny Hixon. My only regret is not posting this 3 days ago when he and his team replaced my electric service drop cable. They did exactly what I needed done, affordably, promptly and professionally. I had problems with loss of my residence's electricity due to a contractor having partially cut through the service drop cable when they were installing new fiber. I had an urgent electrical issue. I had tried to get six other companies to help me and after explaining my issue they couldn't help until the following week which was too late. I called Thor and explained the issue to Danny. He told me to try something and if that didn't work call him back and he would come out. Well what he told me worked and solved my headache. He was a life saver and an example of excellent customer service. If I need an electrician in the future I'm calling Thor and so should you. Thanks.
It is my extreme pleasure to add my review to the long list of 5 stars reviews for Danny Hixon, master licensed electrician who gets to the root of the problem or provide a service honestly, efficiently and thoroughly. From the beginning I was impressed with Danny Hixon, he responded quickly, came out for the estimate the same day, gave me the price and emailed me a detailed proposal the same afternoon. Best price, Quality work. Our a/c guy suggested we put a surge protector on the a/c. Since we had already researched whole house surge suppression, we decided it was time to protect the electronics in our house including the new air conditioner. I originally found Thor Enterprises on Angie's list where he was very well rated (A). I had to use a local Heights electrician prior to finding Danny ( Thor Enterprises ). The heights electrician knew he had me over a barrel and priced his job accordingly. I had to pay it but it still didn’t solve the problem.
