If you’re looking to get ripped off, this is definitely the company you want to do business with. We leased a home from these guys for a year. We were model tenants who took excellent care of their property leaving it in much better condition than it was when we moved in. Yet they still managed to take more than half of our security deposit for items already damaged when we moved in. Be careful guys with this place and especially if you from anther country from first day when we started leasing an townhouse from this company we had nothing but problems, from the first week we saw a lot repairs to be done we mention this to mrs Renee she acted like it was us that did this, she send a guy which he said himself that the place who ever try to fix it was done very badly, they put new carpet on floors very uneven and if you are bare foot you feel the bumps, the blinds not put the right way so when you pull on ... read more
