Absolutely rubbish customer service\. If you have any mechanical issues with your car, don’t expect much help or support from them\. They make you wait for months without providing a proper solution or clear communication\. Very disappointing experience\. I expected much better customer service and support, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this service centre\.

I bought my car of Dale and he was great to deal with. But 1 year later i have left there finance team i would say 6 messages to call me so i can get my payout with no return call at all. So after you buy a car of these guys there is no customer aftersales service at all.

White guy on the front service desk needs to work on his manners and realise we are the customers not just some random people off the street.. From the moment I walked in to have my car serviced, everything I said or asked for was met with attitude and a cannot do attitude. I always had a Honda prior to this and the service center was excellent. Just a few hundred feet on the same road the Mitsubishi service is right at the other end of the scale. I just want to thank the Southern Mitsubishi team for a great experience purchasing our new Triton GSR.   Jay Malinga was the salesman that helped us and was very knowlegeable and helpful during the entire process. You do get the feel that they care about you as a customer and we never felt pressures into buying. Up until today Keystar have been good, BUT when we took our Stinger in to get a door seal replaced, we asked that they check a few other things like tyre pressure sensors and fogging head lights. This was before warrantee expiry but they couldn't book it in till after. We were told that it would all still be covered by warrantee but were not told anything about a diagnostic fee and the person who served us is no longer there. He even checked with a supervisor at the time. Will be looking elsewhere for future servicing

I previously had been using Tynans Kirrawee for the servicing of my 2023 Mitsubishi Triton.  I was never satisfied with their service or care.  I went to Suttons at Arncliffe to try elsewhere.  My experience was far better than Tynans.  The communication, service and care was significantly better.  A special thanks to Nick and Helder I’ll definitely be back and will spreading the word.  George

I’ve been waiting for two months for a Saturday morning service at Blue Ribbon, as that’s the only time I’m available. I’ve always preferred to have my car serviced at the dealership where I purchased it to support them, and I’ve always had Saturday morning appointments in the past. This is a Remserv vehicle, which was clearly noted during both the booking and drop-off with Blue Ribbon.
