Overall, I was not satisfied with the services provided at this location. What seems to have been my only positive experience was that I was able to be seen within a week of calling for an appointment, but it ends there. With how much I was charged, I definitely feel my concerns were not sufficiently addressed. The neuropsychologist spent likely a few minutes reviewing my questionnaire. When I came in for a neuropsychological evaluation at the Park Ridge Thomson office, I provided the only remaining copy I have of my previous neuropsychological evaluation, and it was never returned to me even though I left several voicemails and reached out to the doctor through email asking when I could get it back. I have needed the copy so that I can send it to my school’s learning resource office - without it I cannot receive proper accommodations.
