We had Thomson Industries quote us for a mini-split installation. During the initial consultation, we were told it would be easy to achieve exactly what we wanted. Confident in their assessment, we went ahead with all the necessary preparations. However, on installation day, everything changed. Unreliable not trustworthy. Installed the wrong equipment.
Dean was amazing coming to fix our heat pump. Came and fixed the issue in no time and was very informative on on-going maintenance. Thank you for being kind and courteous throughout the visit. Highly recommended.
With ongoing communication and collaboration, Thomson Industries was able to provide a deal I couldn't refuse and I was able to get what I wanted from them. Special thanks to Lindsay for being able to help complete the tasks as per requested. I know have a working heat pump, furnace and thermostat as well as a 5 year maintenance plan.
