Quick and easy to book as always. These guys are good so that is why they are busy.
Called Thomson regarding my hot water boiler. Took 2 days for someone to come out. Without doing a proper diagnostic they said it was just due for annual maintenance. Did a flush and clean and left after 10mins. Less than 2 days later the boiler stopped working again with the same error code. It took another 2 days for them to come out. Booking a service call was quick and easy, Technician (Riley) showed up within 4 hours….couldn’t believe it! Riley got the furnace going again, no issues since. He also modified an installation hanger to improve access for troubleshooting. Can’t thank him enough! Great job!!
I purchased a Rinnai tankless water heater, and a dual fuel system (Lennox EL series furnace and heat pump) from Thomsons. My home is small and old. It has a very small closet for mechanical stuff. I was concerned about the age, efficiency and lack of power of my old furnace, and the old water tank was failing. I chose a tankless system as he space available for a new water tank was very tight and new tanks are all much bigger than what was previously there.
