While it is true that the care of the staff is evident in the interactions with patients, I have to share my negative experience with this dental office. After calling the office to inquire about becoming a patient, I was told "yes we accept Anthem insurance." Thus began the bait-and-switch. I went for my first cleaning and x-rays, and was referred out for a root canal, which I expected and needed to have done. This most recent visit was visited by an ADHD blunder—on my part. I had two appointments, one for dental and one for eye doctor. I got a text from one and thought it was the other and so the two appointments blended into one: right location, wrong time; not now but not never today? I love this place!
I had an appointment for a General cleaning. I was brought to the back, got an X-ray, and was told that I needed some dental work done along with having an infection in my gums. I was thinking they were going to at least clean my teeth (what I actually came for) but no! They started talking about root canals and the cost of it.
