I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I went in for an extraction and was denied treatment because I would not agree to take their prescribed antibiotics. I rely on natural alternatives that I know to be effective, but instead of respecting my choices or even engaging in an open discussion, the dentist simply refused service. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and extremely competent.
While it is true that the care of the staff is evident in the interactions with patients, I have to share my negative experience with this dental office. After calling the office to inquire about becoming a patient, I was told "yes we accept Anthem insurance." Thus began the bait-and-switch. I went for my first cleaning and x-rays, and was referred out for a root canal, which I expected and needed to have done. This most recent visit was visited by an ADHD blunder—on my part. I had two appointments, one for dental and one for eye doctor. I got a text from one and thought it was the other and so the two appointments blended into one: right location, wrong time; not now but not never today?
