I went to Thompson CDJR to buy a new jeep wrangler not really knowing what i wanted or the changes in technology and body styling with the 2025 Jeep wranglers. Went u to potentially buy a car, I was outside for more than 15 mins in the hot Georgia heat.. ( that's not the issue) as I'm walking around I'm taking pictures for what I may potentially want to test drive. Finally after a couple minutes, a gentleman ride up on the golf cart and ask has anyone helped me.. so l show him the car that I would like to test drive, he said it's no problem. Don't ever take your vehicle there for service! They will keep you vehicle for a few days, claim they found the problem and within a day or two the issue is occurring again. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! And do not allow Travis to perform any work!!!
Came to buy my 4th new vehicle and they tried to charge me an extra $8k for the availability of the car. I ordered the same car which was delivered in the wrong color. They sold it at a marked up price and now that they have it in the color I ordered they want to charge me an extra $8k. I will never do business here again. 2014, 2018, 2021, and would've been another new purchase for 2023. Bye Felicia! Just wanted to update my new purchases that you missed out on.
