No loaner cars, test drove a car for 48 hours instead. 🤷🏼♂️ returned in with enough gas to start if you put it in 5th. Don't be jerks to your customers. Impossible to find a sales person here.
I don't have high expectations of any dealership. However, the people that work here are all so kind and helpful. I purchased a used Hyundai and each time I've called back for an issue, they've held on to their integrity and made it right and as quickly as possible. Came to buy my 4th new vehicle and they tried to charge me an extra $8k for the availability of the car. I ordered the same car which was delivered in the wrong color. They sold it at a marked up price and now that they have it in the color I ordered they want to charge me an extra $8k. This place went down hill in service in our opinion after we bought our truck. But since Brain and his team have been here, things have changed for the good. Give Dodge in Thomson another chance, you'll be treated with respect, care, heartfelt for your concerns. They are trying to fix prior mistakes from the crew before Brains crew took over. They fixed the recall on our truck, give us updates, we'll go back. Give them a chance to help ya.
Supposedly internet doesn’t stay up, runs to slow to do a software update on my truck on a timely manner. Still waiting after 3 hours.
