I am extremely disappointed with my service experience at Thompson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I originally brought my Ram 1500 HEMI Laramie in for a recall appointment and also reported an ongoing shifter issue and module/sensor-related issue. The recall was handled within a few days, and I was told parts needed to be ordered for the other repairs. I almost didn't write this because I thought, Who am I? Who is going to care about my story? But then I realized—I am a customer. I am someone who worked hard, bought a car I absolutely loved, made every payment, and eventually had the amazing feeling of paying it off all by myself. So yes, my story matters too. My appointment was on Friday at 10:30 in the morning. Just called, they're finally getting it in to confirm what I said the problem was now. It's 1pm on Wednesday. What takes 4 you work days to confirm the issue the customer had it towed in for, which was confirmed by both the Tow Truck Driver and the customer. It's a simple starter replacement, can't even demand my car back to take it elsewhere cause it won't start until they replace the 1 and only thing it was there for. Could've done it myself on the side of the road fast... read more
