Took my daughter's car here for service. We are new to town and this is the only Fiat dealer/servicer nearby. It was worth the 30m drive. The service team was amazing. Not just to me but to everyone. I forgot I was supposed to leave the car and failed to get a ride back home, so I waited. I watched their handling of numerous customers during that time. They went above and beyond with every customer. Courteous, thoughtful and respectful with each and every customer. Top notch group!

Worst place to get your truck for service they hold my truck for a month due to a big coolant leak that they never fix wile was there starter fail take 2 weeks to replace Travis kept saying call me tomorrow probably gonna be ready they charge to warranty for oil coolant that the truck don't need Take the truck to Augusta dealer on Monday they call me o. Wednesday the truck was ready in 3 day the problem was a egr cooler leak fix it now Never go back to that place I will buy and service my trucks on Augusta dealer from now

I called his car lot to purchase a vehicle. I was given the run around Sandrine Smith would not return my phone calls. My emails or any replies that I left her for over a week. they run your credit and they are very shady. Poor customer service. They are full of lies epecially Sandrine Smith I would not trust her with my social security number. She ran my credit and never return one phone call or email. Sandrine Smith very horrible what she did to my grandson. With all the lies, she is not very honest at all. Will not return your phone call highly. Recommend to not go to this place

I had such a great experience with this dealerships service department. I have a jeep grand cherokee that continued to have a check engine light reappear since May! Each time I took my vehicle in Travis was very kind, and patient and kept me informed while they figured out what the issue was. After a few trips, my jeep is finally fixed with no issues! Thank you so much to the service department!
