Our furnace stopped working and we called Thomson Heating and Air. George did a great job analyzing the problem and explained everything to us. He was on time and knowledgeable. Thank you George and Thomson Inc.
This company is the best company ever. We have been with them for a while now and we love and trust them. Larry came to do the work this time and he was amazing!! He was polite and kind and worked very neatly. He was so professional and really worked hard. We are lucky that we found this company!! They are the best!!
Called with a furnace problem: pilot wouldn’t stay lit. They sent out a service tech (cost $90. For service call) who stated that the furnace wasn’t getting enough power. He stated that a new box (see photo) would cost $700. !!! (Do you see $700. Value there?) The problem with the furnace turned out to be the thermostat needed recalibrating and the pilot light needed a simple cleaning. Had a handyman fix it for $30.! When I requested my $90.
