Called to servvice a/c web says they do in coachella valley, but per customer service rep on phone, they do not come to coachella valley.
Amazing service - other brands kept insisting we do ductwork and or a new unit - despite us saying we had a kid in college could not do for a couple of years. Danny the technician got our unit up and running quickly. We’ll be back.
Our service technician was very, very professional. He efficiently completed our service request and a small repair that will insure our HVAC does it's job for a long time. He gave us service options to keep the unit in good working order. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Very friendly and answered all our questions.
