Call Thomson yesterday morning and they were out to my place within a couple of hours and did a great job and charge me exactly what they quoted me. So used to contractors giving you one price and then upping it when I get out to your place, so I was pleased to see how honest Thomson was and is
Thomson AC was great. They communicated the status of my appointment and tech eta via text and email. Tech Ethan was efficient and professional! He quickly assessed the problem and resolved it!
If your not using Thomson you are taking a risk. Great service and competency is top notch. I have a system of 4 air handlers and 2 compressors that was installed almost 5 years ago. And regular servicing, and response times are always great.
These guys are a great. Always courteous, timely, efficient and professional.
