We’ve been using Thompson’s since we moved to Prescott 8 years ago and other family members have used their services even longer. Mark Thompson, his sister and sons are a great team! They are friendly, professional, dependable, very reasonably priced and do an excellent job on carpets and tile! They just cleaned our carpets and I didn’t realize how dirty they were until Thompson’s finished the job. What a beautiful surprise! We highly recommend Thompson’s!!!

I continue to use Thompson's Steamway because they have met all my carpet, upholstery and floor treatment needs for the last 15 years. Thompson's has been cleaning our carpets since we've owned the home, many years. The team is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We have cats and dogs and lots of wear and tear on mid-grade carpeting, but you'd never know by looking how old the carpet really is. Our house is so fresh - but not chemical-smelling - each time the Thompson folks clean. My husband and I are very grateful for the service they provide. And Karen rocks!

Thompson Steamway came to my house exactly on time. They clean my carpet to where it looks new. They moved the furniture and left the rooms in good order. Everything looked great. Thompson Steamway always does an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have two Labradors, who shed constantly and coincidentally, smell like dogs. We typically get the carpets cleaned twice a year before family visits, and it's like they're brand new! Mark and/or sons always arrive on time, work quickly and efficiently, are extremely professional and friendly, and the outcome is beautiful! The Thompson Family have been taking care of our Carpet and Rug cleaning needs for about the last 10 years now. They also were able to clean and seal my Workshop concrete floor as well. They have always been Courteous, Efficient and Effective, leaving my home looking and feeling brighter and cleaner.
