I really did not want to do this, but I am just so upset right now. I don’t even know where to begin. Last April they came and set up my pool and when I say they set it up, that’s all they did everything else I figured out on my own. I covered the pool For the winter,and when I took the cover off and started to clean it and put the extra water back in. It started to leak. Everyone is awesome (especially the girl in glasses at the front!😉) I absolutely recommend Thompson Pools to any and everyone looking to buy a pool, in-ground AND above ground! They’re so helpful and go above and beyond every time.

Thompson’s made the pool building process easy and enjoyable. Marc and Kelsey genuinely considered our wants, needs and ideas, but also made recommendations for designs and features that would work for our family for years to come. The construction was completed timely and on schedule. Service since construction has also been excellent. We are very pleased with our pool and fully recommend Thompson’s Pool & Spa!
