Worst jewelry store I've ever been to. I brought in an antique piece that I needed to have fixed. I had called First and he gave me an estimate of $40 then when I got there he said it was going to be 60 I asked him to test the purity of the piece period and instead of doing a scratch test with the acid he poured acid all over the whole piece ruining the patina and devaluing my antique I will never go here again and I would suggest that no one else does either completely unprofessional and rude the only way to get rid of the ... read more

Great customer service! First time shopping through Thompsons and won’t be the last. I Will be shopping with them again. I had ordered something and made a mistake on my address and the item got returned and Thompsons took care of me and got it shipped back the next day! The item came in perfect condition and packaged very good. Very pleased all around with my experience.
