I ordered an arrangement for my auntie’s funeral service. Orchids were her favorite flower. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. When I called the shop to ask a quick question, I received friendly service. After the arrangement was created, i received a text that included a photo and video of it! How dare you guys send me this message for me to write a review about your service. Not only you disregarded my requests you lied to me and led me to believe you where delivering as requested,you even charged me extra for a delivery you never fulfilled. Bad business and horrible customer service.
