They are currently remediating water and mold damage in my home, found when I returned from a 2 month trip. Excellent and immediate service, great communication with myself and insurance adjuster, personable and professional crew. Everything good to say about them.

I had the most enjoyable experience when I hired Thompson's to clean my carpets. I was met at the door by the friendliest staff ready to get to work. They asked questions so they could do the best job possible and they did!!!! My carpets look amazing and they worked efficiently and meticulously! True professionals and experts in disaster restoration. Wasn't sure at first who I should call when our house flooded. A friend recommended Thompson's and I'm so glad they did! My insurance agent also had them at the top of a short list. They go above and beyond with excellent service to make sure the customer is satisfied, taking calls after hours, checking on things even after the claim is closed. Would definitely use them again.
Thompson's Restoration Fire & Water cleaned our carpets. They did a great job and I would recommend them to everyone. They were on time, deep cleaned our high traffic areas and have friendly service. They even cleaned our upholstery. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely use them again.
