Towed my care to the shop cost me $50 which is fair as it was only a few miles. I asked them to take a look at the transmission as it was stuck in reverse. After several days I received a call from them stating 'its an internal transmission problem and we cant fix that'. I then had to call an actual transmission repair shop, had the car towed again and they fixed it without issues. I'm out $165 to Thompson's with no repair completed.
Been satisfied customers for 21 yrs. Wouldn't take r vehicles anywhere else. Always there for r auto needs in timely fashion. U always provide customer care to the next level. Thank u Thompsons. DON & DIANA
Highly recommend !!! Friendly and quick service... Also towing service is awesome. A friend was broke down on his Harley in 110 degree heat. Within 10 minutes a tow truck was onsite to assist.
If you need a tow, the wonderful people at Thompson's will definitely exceed all expectations. They're on time and careful with your car. If I ever need one again (hopefully I don't), I'll be going back to these guys.
