This company turned the heat off with a 1-year-old baby in the home when the bill was paid the day before. When it was explained the bill had been paid. It escalated into words from the district manager and was resolved with them sending a letter to come pick up the tank when the bill was paid the day before. Poor business ethic
You won’t believe what happened to me. We bought a house 🏠 and the heater works with gas propane, we moved and after 1 week our heating stopped working we were wondering why and may husband noticed that the tank was empty. We had a hard time trying to get a refill from the company that the last owner had. ThompsonGas was my hero I promise.
