You guts are awesome! So far I’ve had about 4 propane companies and the others all are about the same ..... useless. Relative to deliverys you guys say what you mean and mean what you say! With this excessively cold winter it’s reassuring to know the delivery will arrive. I recommend you all by word of mouth and on various social networks that I’m on. Thank you for having the business integrity that’s mostly disappeared today.
DISGUSTED & DISSATISFIED – FULL EXPERIENCE WITH THOMPSON GAS Thompson Gas is the most inconsiderate and non-empathetic company I have ever dealt with. This company turned the heat off with a 1-year-old baby in the home when the bill was paid the day before. When it was explained the bill had been paid. It escalated into words from the district manager and was resolved with them sending a letter to come pick up the tank when the bill was paid the day before. Poor business ethic
