The owner & his female associate w Thompsons Wrecker Service are the single least professional individuals I have ever had cross my path. He drove thru my yard while attempting an unauthorized repo due to some miscommunication across the road. When I confronted him for his reckless behavior he yelled obscenities at me. The police arrived quickly & set him straight. He returned several hours later & this woman from Thompsons also showed up. Other than the cost & not being able to get car out over the weekend because they had no access to the paperwork, which cost me an additional $56, bringing the total to $315, crazy fee's!! The service was courteous & quick.
