This company is a nightmare. I’m having to take out a loan to repair all the damage done to my home by tenant. Stoney rented our house out and clearly never went back or did anything for 4 years. Took MONTHS to get pertinent receipts. They lie about giving monthly statements. We never got them. Heaps of garbage cost us $1,000 to remove from backyard. Holes in walls, hardwood floors all destroyed. Plumbing never fixed properly causing us to have to buy a brand new kitchen. Laziest and shadiest realtor in Bay County...beware!
Don’t hire these people for property management. I wish I hadn’t! Couldn’t get us our rent money half the time we’d have to call and ask. Couldn’t get us invoices when things broke. Could never get us our monthly statements as promised in the contract. When you keep calling and asking you get attitude. It took them OVER 8 MONTHS to get an invoice, really???
