Took my car for services and wasn’t fix. all they did was the oil change very disappointed they had my car from 9:30 am till 5pm.
Service was great
When I brought my Certificated Preowned newly bought car for an oil change (2months old) they found a rope plug and side wall damage on one tire. And said I had been driving flat. The GM proceeded to imply I did it despite my insistence that I never had the car serviced or an issue and that I was lying While they agreed to replace it the GM said loudly in the sales area he’d see me next time and if another tire was damaged we’d be having a different conversation.
