Memorial Hospital Grievance Letter: Dr Todd Thompson/Neurology, has left me in extreme pain after my prescription pain medication (taken exactly as prescribed, 1 every 4 hours) needed a refill, leaving me in pain from Cervical Radiculopathy, C7 since last Friday, December 2. This is unacceptable and unfair. Beginning on 12/4/2016 my second surgery with Dr Thompson for C7 $55,000 surgery was approved by Cigna. I had a great outcome. Don't be afraid to get a needed surgery. It doesn't eliminate the pain (especially for arthritis patients) but it makes the pain much more tolerable.
