Family has been loyally using this business since it was Bogle Tire; however, noticeable difference since Dennis worked the office. Still tried to remain loyal having had two inspections, one oil change, and a front end alignment done on various vehicles since February. Staff seems to be less knowledgable than past employees; for example, last week got front end alignment on my 2wd van and credit card was charged for 4 wheel alignment. Michael D... Businesses can't just drop everything to accommodate your immediate needs. If they're busy, they're busy... hope you did find good service elsewhere, but you shouldn't rate these guys 1 star for the reasons you gave.
I have been coming to this place for a while now. this year I had to find some where else to go because they didn't even have time to inspect my vehicle. I went three days straight and got the same answer, he said I would have to leave it with him and come back tomorrow for him to inspect it. I told him this is my only car and that is impossible so I will take my business elsewhere. and I left, and will not be going back
