3 people working behind the desk on computers and paper work! very knowledgeable in the lumber department all questions asked where answers in till they wouldn’t give me my order of lumber because something went wrong on there end with the debit machine but I was charged anyway and showed them the transaction went threw on my end he said there was nothing he could do intill then end of the day he said he could “try a refund” and charged me again for the same order not “refund” but a “charge” he proceeded to put his arms in t... read more
