My experience with Tamara is that she prescribes the maximum dose. There is no determination if the medication is the problem. There are no deterministic tests of before and after medication effect. All evaluation is subjective. Two other doctors immediately told me that one of the medications dosage was too high. This resulted in tardive dyskinesia for life. I may have been told about the risks once, but forgot them.
