I went to this office for a root canal after being told the procedure could be completed there. The dentist began treatment, opened my tooth, and then informed me she could not finish it. I was sent home with a temporary filling and referred to a specialist. Since that visit, I have been in severe pain. Beginning a procedure of this nature without confirming it could be completed — and without ensuring adequate pain management — has caused unnecessary suffering and additional stress. Although I've always been apprehensive about going to the dentist, this office makes it easy. My anxiety is reduced because Dr. R uses straightforward language to explain what he is doing. It was thoroughly and gently cleaned.
I've been going to Dr. Rungta for dental services for the past year. I've been very impressed by quality of her work and the efficiency and professionalism of her staff ! I have been very pleased with both the quality and speed of her work while ensuring that you are comfortable and without pain.
