I am long term customer of Thompson Sheet Metal. They installed and maintained various hvac systems at two of my homes and my business. I recently had them come over to repair the ac system in my home. I took off from work for this. They came and did some work and proclaimed that the ac was repaired. What a horrible person this Todd fellow was extremely rude I asked a simple question if they had a part in stock he abruptly said we don't have the Manpower? I was not asking for labor I was not asking for him to do anything whatsoever for me just to see if he had some trim that others in the same town stated that that's where they got them from.
