Great friendly staff!!!! They take care of all our personal and fleet vehicles!
Went in on Saturday for an oil change and they cross threaded the bolt putting it back in the oil pan. Not happy about it but understand things like this happens. They took responsibility for it and said the oil pan would be replaced Monday. Didn't have a car but still would have gave at least 4 stars. The real issue started on Monday. Nobody called to tell me what was going on. I had to call and was told they ordered the part and got it in but didn't have a bay open to work on it. Probably would be the next day.
