Aug'25 UPD: Obsessed about payment of $500 invoice. I sent bank check the day after he emailed invoice. 4 emails and several texts sent at 6a week later. Will not be a return customer.. Jun'25 UPD: Above and Beyond! Called on Wed @ 530p and left msg; John called back in 15min! Stopped by & Inspected 30min Later!!🥇 Had an estimate the next morning!!!🥰 Yes, this is ExtraOrdinary for a contractor @ LOZ Prompt response and very competitive quote. His people completed the job and didn't leave anything behind. Very satisfied.
