I had a severe leak in my new home during a period of some heavy storms. Bryan and his team at Thompson were able to come out quickly and look at what I had going on and give me some options to get it fixed. Unfortunately given our just moving in our bank account was in pretty bad shape. We hadn't planned on roof failure! We had the pleasure of doing business with Thompson Roofing and Construction. Jason our agent wasn't here to make a quick buck. He explained the process from inspection to sharing the condition of our much in need of repair roof, to sharing new tiles, ventilation reconstruction, etc. The previous roofer only did patch work and didn't explain how damaged the roof was. Thompson installed our new roof. We highly recommend using Thompson for anyone needing new roofing. From start to finish was a great experience. Dealing with Jason was fantastic, he explained all our options and answered all of our questions. Project was completed ahead of schedule. The installation crew were superb, they installed the roof quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are very pleased with the results. Thanks
