Doug Thompson was good to work with
Scott was so helpful when I called him regarding a buyer's roof inspection. He was able to get out to us quickly, offered great feedback about the life of the roof, and gave a fair estimate. He is very knowledgeable, considerate, and prompt. Will be calling Scott with any and all roofing needs!
Doug from Thompson roofing came out to evaluate the damage to my house after a storm. I run an Airbnb and so did not live close by. Doug immediately arranged for a tarp to be placed on the roof to avoid any further damage and conducted a thorough eval of the roof itself and the damage that occurred. During the evaluation, Doug noted that the roof was no longer up to code and worked with the insurance company to get an entirely new roof placed on my house!! I highly recommend Thompson Roofing if you need a new roof. The professionalism was FAR beyond what I received from other roofing companies that I got quotes from. Jackson was the sales person who came out quickly and provided an extremely thorough explanation of the choices of materials. He had a notebook of samples that let me make an informed decision.
