I was able to win a court appeal against Richard W. Thompson as a Pro Se (defending myself). I would not recommend him based on the standards of who he is willing to represent. Richard W Thompson called my defense a "red herring" to the State of Illinois Appellate Court. The court disagreed with his opinion and he lost on almost every point discussed. The "red herring" comment is what motivated me to review this lawyer.
