Shark....And not in a good way. His office garnished me to the point where working was pointless and when covid hit, they garnished my accounts and took ALL my unemployment. Ended up becoming homeless because of this guy. And I have court with him tomorrow, see you there buddy
Richard was terrible in my case. Arrogance and ineffective were his best qualities. Never trust this man with any of your personal manners.
Absolutely do not recommend this immoral lawyer to anyone. Granted, he was our opponent in our case so of course he's going to go against everything we had asked for, however, he was regularly unprofessional and almost laughable at times in court. He had misspoken on a couple of occasions and when corrected was in denial. Not sure you'd want to use someone so hot tempered and even eye-rolled at by other attorneys...
