UPDATE...Don has been great to work through the issues created by the temp employee, Brian, who robbed us and was essentially squatting in our home while we were away. Thompson Pools—GREAT AGAIN! Temp agency was useless and felt his trespassing and wrongdoing was acceptable. Thank you again Don! Used to like them. Clay and his crew are fantastic!!! They put our 27 foot above ground pool in by lunch time! They worked nonstop with precision!! They were all very personable and pleasant! The purchase experience was casual and comfortable. Delivery and installation of our Jacuzzi was a breeze by the same fun guys. Our first use last night confirmed we made a good decision.
Really impressed with Thompson Pool! Being a new pool owner and not knowing much was really hard with another company we were using. They have helped us understand the process and keep our pool in great condition for enjoying during the summer months. They also help us winterize it for a good price. Every time I go in they are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. They also test your water for free. Great company!
We have been thrilled with Thompson pools. Our hot tub is a huge hit with our kids, we find that we spend more time soaking than we initially envisioned. It is so easy to bring a water sample in and have it tested to determine what we need to add for perfectly clear water. Everyone is great to work with! We're so glad we bought a hot tub from them.
