Very helpful! Did not have what I needed, but send me to the right place
I waited all day for the plumber to show up and I get a call saying we have to reschedule you. My day was completely wasted. This company is very poorly run. I would not recommend them to anybody.
I appreciate the one on one service to fill the 2 inch pipe fittings I needed to complete a project. I don’t mind paying a bit more for materials when someone brings the fittings to the counter. I was not prepared to pay more than double the price for the exact same 2” Tees, 2” close nipples, a 1”street L and a 1.5 inch Tee and close nipple. The folks at Thompson Plumbing Supply are my new heroes! I purchased two new faucets from IKEA. They needed an adapter to connect to my existing supply lines. Neither Lowe’s nor Home Depothad what I needed. I hate to say it but the folks that work the plumbing aisles at the big box stores may not as knowledgeable as one might hope. Those problems don’t exist at Thompson’s. The people are bothe knowledgeable and kind. Great job guys! Thanks a million!
