My uncle recommended Thompson to me and I'm glad I listened! Needed my HVAC system replaced. They were very professional, quick, clean, friendly, good price, and just a rockstar job. Shout out to Brian, Chris, Brandon, and Aaron who helped us from start to finish.
The team at Thompson did an excellent job on our recent A/C and furnace replacement! With us being first-time home buyers, they gladly answered all of our questions to help us make an informed purchase, and even explained what they were doing during the installation process. 11/10 would use them again and will gladly recommend them to any family/friends who need HVAC support.
We called Thompson for a quote on replacing both our AC and Furnace. I called them first because I wanted to choose someone local to support. Unfortunately after they came out we never received the quote. I even called their office 2-3 times and was told I would have a call back or quote that day. Still never received one. So if you want a quote and want to move forward with an install quickly I would consider contacting another company.
Came same day found issue with water heater right away had it fixed and service within two hours. Other company in area wouldn't even turn the water on, and missed the underlying issue.
Ray always does a great job. He is friendly and found to be honest with his assessments. He has been coming to repair and maintain our geothermal and tankless water heater for years and has always been prompt, calls when he is on his way, efficient, and very knowledgeable.
