I have been using Thompson for several years at my commercial property with multiple rooftop HVAC units and also at my home with a new furnace in 2018 and a new upgraded AC compressor and coil assembly in July 2025. They are a excellent company to deal with.
We were very happy with the guys from Thompson that installed our tankless water heater! Thompson did a lot of plumbing work for us a few years ago when we remodeled our house and were very satisfied with their work. It did disappoint me with their customer service! They did give us an estimate on a timely basis. We explained to them that we were in a time crunch before we were having some other work done. They were booked up due to a heat wave, but they got a tech out in just a couple of hours and he fixed the problem for a great price!
My husband passed away three years ago and always took care of things around the house, as a result we needed someone to fix this. My son figured out it was the anode rod that needed to be replaced so we reached out to Thompson. Cody came out and later after buying a new socket because the rod was too deep due to the make of our water heater, he came back and replaced it with an electric one like it was a simple swap. We’ve had this water heater for about three years and started to notice a smell; we have hard water so we did our research and found it was the anode rod. My father who passed away three years ago not only installed this water heater but knew how to fix it. My apartment burned down and I moved back in with my mother and I definitely don’t know how to change the rod, she also wouldn’t let me.
