They have changed a lot, you have a few that care about the patient and a few that are there just to collect a paycheck..
I've had a few different oncologists during my cancer journey and Dr. Roger's is the only one I trust. She will listen and makes me comfortable through my care plan. And I'm glad she's in her own building now!
So thankful to have Dr. Rogers back as my husband's oncologist! Everyone is so friendly and takes time listening to his concerns, and even all of mine!
I had an appointment with Dr.Rogers. The receptionist were great. I waited 31/2 hours on her. Dr. Rogers walks in the room and didn't have a clue about my cancer. She talked about 15 minutes and said to follow up in 3 weeks. I did so and no surprise had to wait over 3 hours again. Get called back to exam room and waited another hour. I am not sure who or why patients are writing these low ratings. However, you think they are unfriendly here? try going to UT in Knoxville! Absolutely the worst place I have ever been! Then I came to TOG in Morristown just for radiation, and ended up transferring everything to TOG! Front desk on both sides are ALWAYS friendly and knew me by name by 2nd visit.
