Beware of maintenance employees who work for them. They will come into your place and steal your items and harass tenants
I had an excellent experience living at Sonoma Ridge. I left a bad review because I was upset about the huge increase to renew my lease, but unfortunately that's just what everyplace does. I moved out a couple years ago but I'm updating this review because they deserve it. The office staff is amazing, the maintenance team is always on site and friendly and meticulous about the appearance and care of the property, and the apartment itself was flawless.
