Your property said it was smoke free but it isn't enforced. Bad management from Aria on Cave Creek. She's rude and gaslights.
Beware of maintenance employees who work for them. They will come into your place and steal your items and harass tenants
I had an excellent experience living at Sonoma Ridge. I left a bad review because I was upset about the huge increase to renew my lease, but unfortunately that's just what everyplace does. I moved out a couple years ago but I'm updating this review because they deserve it. The office staff is amazing, the maintenance team is always on site and friendly and meticulous about the appearance and care of the property, and the apartment itself was flawless. I live in the sterling village community. Be aware that if your AC breaks on a Saturday night no one will help you. I called the emergency maintenance line and because it's not 82⁰ outside (it's only 80⁰ right now) there is nothing they can do to help me. Our apartment is 80⁰ inside right now and we are stuck like this until Monday now. Paying all this money for rent and I have to be extremely uncomfortable in my own home and won't be able to sleep.
