I want to thank and compliment Chris Waddell for coming to check my AC that had stopped cooling on one of the hottest days we've had recently. It was after hours, and he still had 2 more appointments, so he said he would not be able to make it to my house. Buyer beware…. Same Thompson Mechanical name under different ownership. John Felix is one of the owners which he came out to quote installing a system back in May which still isn’t functioning properly today. John originally came out quoting system install under $5k and one day before install day John calls stating that’s it’s going to be $13,000. Had them come out and look at my central air unit Friday June 26th guy came out twice that day second time told me the problem and solution I called the following Monday which is the 29th(today) and they’re claiming the person who came hasn’t been to office or called in or they can’t contact him to see if the onset has even been ordered claiming it’s not in their notes gave excuses each time I called just to see if the part was even ordered…. It’s extremely hot and just trying to get an answer before going elsewhere
