Great service department! They were extremely helpful!
The recon department has really fallen off. Used to be the best service offered always came back just like new now not so much lack of focus on detail little things mean a lot. Also the hourly rate for labor is ridiculous way too much to spend on a half-assed job.
Had an actual good experience purchasing a new Mazda cx30. Dave LeClair was easy to deal with no pressure. I felt he treated me fairly on the trade in, negotiated the price, trade and financing without having to be handed off to several different people. Just Dave start to finish, very refreshing, like i used to trade cars years ago. I'll be a repeat customer. Also this Mazda is amazing, our first Mazda. Would highly recommend both car and dealership
Friendly non pushy staff answered my questions and sold me a vehicle hassle free. Oil change went seamlessly and was reasonably priced. Would recommend this dealership due to the customer service and non aggressiveness which are rarities these days.
Love these guys, Mark the owner is a Waterville staple and I always buy from here! Super easy sales depth. NO pressure sales and service has always done me right. No breaking stuff to fix it like some backyard mechanics. Quality and comfort while u wait for service. I'll be back for my next purchase and see yall next month for my breaks and oil change! ✌️😎
