Marshall Thompson didn't even show up to the hearing. He sent one of his helper lawyers in his place. She clearly wasn't ready. Fumbling and mumbling the entire time. We lost on every point. Quite an embarrassing and costly mistake.
Marshall Thompson is truly the best. He and his team went above and beyond expectations. His expertise, how he understood the complexities and navigated the entire process was outstanding from start to finish. I am so pleased with the work he and his team did. The outcome and the overall, professional manner in which he handled things was first rate.
I had enough. I had to change lawyers. There’s too much dishonest billing going on. I was billed several thousands for writing one motion. I don’t believe that he spent one and a half day to write a four page document, most of which was repeat cut and paste. He also would appear in court with two lawyers, doubling the fees. Marshall was also completely unprepared, so it went terribly. Money not well spent.
