Biggest joke of landlords. We got non-renewed with only 30 days notice. No explanation as to why. We were perfect tenants; always payed on time, we were clean and never called for maintenance. Then after we moved out, we got charged $175 for damage to the tub that wasn’t even there and we have pictures to prove it. They claimed to use “Larsen Tub Chip & Resurfacing Company.” When you check the address of that company, the owners of the property are the Thompsons. Do not rent any of their apartments!
