Chastity (not sure on spelling) was very helpful and informative when setting up an account and scheduling service for our forklift. Brice was the technician that came out today, 12/20/2023, to service our Yale forklift and was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was honest about the pricing and made sure to explain everything well. Even decided to purchase a new pallet jack from them with Brice helping in that process as well.
