I am writing a review because I have multiple services and when you call to get service appointment you get 2 types of contacts: 1. An AI bot who tells you that you need to get such and such service and is inaccurate. 2. I call the real number and the lady places you on hold. When you finally get a hold of front desk I tried to confirm my appointment that I had booked 2 days in advance. She said she cant confirm and would contact me back once her computer services work. Bad Services to repair the car!
They really take good care of both you as a customer and your vehicle. Went in for mirror replacement and they buffed out scratches in my door. There is swag in the service department which I will purchase at my next visit.
