I’ve been a customer at this storage facility for almost 7 years, and it’s been a reliable and secure place to store my things. The staff is friendly, and I’ve appreciated supporting a local business. That said, I’m really disappointed in the pricing policy. Over time, the rates are steadily increased with no clear reason. Employees steal Bird scooters and keep them in their private storage units. And act dumb when you come to retrieve them.
