I brought in my Tag Heuer watch to change the batteries and shorten the bracelet, and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. They have recommended further service for a later day. I have to praise their professionalism, the beauty of the store and the products they sell; it is a jewel on its own here in Ottawa.
