I brought in my Tag Heuer watch to change the batteries and shorten the bracelet, and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. They have recommended further service for a later day. I have to praise their professionalism, the beauty of the store and the products they sell; it is a jewel on its own here in Ottawa.

I’m quite disappointed with how I was treated by the staff—especially after spending over $800 on repairs in the last month. After several discussions regarding my pieces, it was clear the sales representative was annoyed. Eventually, the staff walked away from me without a thank you or even a goodbye. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve been in four times over the past month. Initially, the experience was positive and exciting, but unfortunately, the last two visits have been awful.
