I’ve taken my three children to Dr. Thompson for going on nine years, the kids have always felt very comfortable with him and look forward to seeing him even when they’re sick or for their well-child check-ups. I also appreciate the way he only prescribes antibiotics when they’re necessary and doesn’t recommend them “just in case” so that in the future my children won’t be antibiotic resistant.
He yelled at my husband and I in front of our child and because of his misdiagnosis our child suffered. When we tried to get him to listen to our concerns he had us dismissed from the practice. Our child ended up at another pediatrian who recognized a problem, we were sent to specialist and the surgeon said that our son's problem was a birth defect. Our son was forever harmed by this doctor's actions. Don't let him near your child.
