We went there to get an oil change for our Jeep and have the tires rotated. When they were done, they told us they weren't able to rotate the tires because they were threaded on wrong?? And they basically broke one of the lug screws. They said they could fix it for about $95 because of labor and what not. So you mean I have to give you 95 bucks to fix something YOU broke?
