Trey inspected a home for us during the purchase process. We have been under contract twice before this and had inspectors miss BIG things. Trey was the most thorough inspector we’ve had and also the most reasonably priced. He didn’t hesitate to get dirty in order to get into a small space to check something out, and caught a leak that a water/mold specialist did not.
