In response to the two reviews posted, I have researched them and cannot find a customer with the name Gennifer Graham, so we have no way to address this issue. On the second review that mentions a steak dinner, that has never been a promise we would have made to a customer in our 82 year history and if there are refunds due, they come from the insurance company, not the insurance agent, but we can always help facilitate the process.
