Hot water tank when out on Christmas eve call at 2 o'clock said technician would call me 4 phone call and 4 hour later the answer service got ahold of the tech said they don't do hot water tank tech let the answer service call me to tell this very unprofessional wound not use if that how they treat customers

I was not happy with the cost of my service originally. I was contacted immediately and the issue resolved. That was one of the best customer service experiences. I appreciate when a company listens and responds.

From the moment I called and spoke with Amy her mannerism was friendly and upbeat. I explained my situation and she assured me a tech would be out that day. Nate showed up and diagnosed my issue explained everything to me. The next day my part arrived, thankfully under warranty and he came out and fixed my furnace. He checked everything out and gave my furnace “good bill of health” Highly recommend Thompson and their crew Very professional, friendly and on time Thank you again

I Spoke with Dan on the phone and he was able to help me resolve an issue with my AC unit that was not kicking on and he was able to walk me through a few things and had it fixed within not even 5 minutes of on the phone ! I WILL definitely for now on out be using THIS company just because of how professional , knowledgeable and respectful he was over the phone ! Also this was after hours and had a call back within 5 minutes!! Big Thank you!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Can’t say enough good things about this place . The person on the phone showed a genuine concern for our issue and got us a technician both times at extremely late notice . The technician was professional and knowledgeable and their prices were very reasonable and fair . The service was just excellent .
