Can’t say enough good things about this place . The person on the phone showed a genuine concern for our issue and got us a technician both times at extremely late notice . The technician was professional and knowledgeable and their prices were very reasonable and fair . The service was just excellent .

Tom helped us previously when our furnace went out. Now he just came to do our A/C maintenance, and did a quick check of our furnace due to some water issues that we had. He made sure everything was up to par before he left. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t recommend Thompson enough!
Just had a new AC and Furnace installed. They were able to move up our install date due to a cancelation. They were super nice and had the install done fast. They even came back out to install a hard start kit on the AC for us right away and free of charge. Highly recommend Thompson!
I called yesterday to haveva leak repair in a mini split unit, and at first ggey said they'd be out, call thf office, then called back and asked, is it a self install? I said yes. They replied, sorry if its not one of ours we dont service it. This is bullcrap. You all do thr same job BUT YOUR BIAS CAUSE ITS NOT YOUR PRODUCTS YOU SOLD TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF. Your in a profession to help people, NOT BE BIAS.
