Technician Tim saved me a ton of money! Another company told me I needed to get a new AC, but Tim fixed mine and I had air the same day. He has been with Thompson for 17 years and his training and experience made all the difference.

We (Newday recovery and Ondemand counseling) have built a very good relationship with Thompson Heating and Cooling over the last 2 years. They now service all of our commercial and residential properties. From roof top units, attic units, all the way to our smaller residential units Thompson heating helps keep our hvac units functioning. All the employees of Thompson heating and cooling are professional and honest. I want a person to be straight forward with us, Thompson heating can do that.

When our A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday, we thought, of course, our luck. But no fear! Thompson Heating & Cooling has a 24/7 answering service. We called and she passed the message over to Dan, who called ASAP. I gave him information on what was going on. He said our unit was frozen and would take 4 to 5 hours before he could do anything.
