When our A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday, we thought, of course, our luck. But no fear! Thompson Heating & Cooling has a 24/7 answering service. We called and she passed the message over to Dan, who called ASAP. I gave him information on what was going on. He said our unit was frozen and would take 4 to 5 hours before he could do anything. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received from Thompson Heating and Cooling. From Amy in the office to Nate doing the intial inspection and service quote; to Hank and Steve that did the installation of my new heating and central air conditioning units.
