David did a fantastic job as always! Our Furnace had a gas leak. Bad news! Thompson was super responsive and the price was reasonable. I have signed up for their excellent maintenance and inspection plan! Thanks guys👍👏
Thompson Heating and Air have been a blessing to work with. Mark came when we were having issues. Was very clear spoken, firendly, professional, direct about the issues. Went above and beyond to help us out and get us back to comfort. When it came to date for new air handler install they kept in contact to find an ideal time and date. I've used Thompson since moving to Spartaburg in June 2021. Their service is great - they show up when they say they will and explain charges before it's time to pay. I don't have much experience with costs as this is my first house, but in my opinion their prices are reasonable. I only have two complaints - that my brand new air conditioner was dropped during installation and the installers didn't say anything about it and no discount was offered for the dents, and that no measurements were taken when I was purchasing my n... read more
Called Nov 20th was charged $200 to be told i needed both coils changed both leaking and needed new kind of freon for $5500 . (They had repaired leaks and freon for 6 years patching it)It took til February to get the warrantied parts from trane . Then had 3 scheduled no call no shows ,then told one of the coils was stolen . Then told one of the coils was last in the southeast and it was the old kind of freon getting replaced (which is way expensive).
