Our technician, Jordan was very thorough and answered all my questions very well. He didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t need and he was very friendly.
Every step of handling our AC issue was a breeze, from dispatch to scheduling to the HVAC tech Sam arriving perfectly on time. He was so nice and professional! He was careful about wearing boot covers in the house, he explained what was happening and showed me photos, and gave accurate pricing right away with 100% transparency! We joined their membership, which saved us 15% today, with two free tune-ups in the next year! Highly recommend Aquarius and Sam!
